Bought GSP's Rushfit shortly after it came out there because I was so hyped to get it. I'm a massive MMA fan including a GSP (Georges St. Pierre) fan too. The guy is without a doubt amazing. I'm huge into P90x form workout regimens, then when he came out with this, I had to pick it up. I wasn't disappointed. Well, I wish GSP spoke more within it, but his training partner Erik did much of the leading. GSP mainly grunts as well as contributes color commentary here and there. It was, still, an amazing training. It gives a great assessment you do before you start, then after the 8-week program, you get it again to observe how you've improved. I improved a good amount, even though I've recently completed my 3 rd run-through of P90x. (Like I said, I'm a bit of a nut... )
